Converting Operators

On behalf of our Client, a large manufacturing company of plastic products, we are looking for Converting Operators.


This opportunity is a direct-hire placement with our Client.



Job Duties

Operate assigned machinery as an individual or alongside teammates

Performs quality checks every 15 min. on the products that are being produced (Size, look, defect, etc.)

Makes minor adjustments to the machinery as required.

Disposes of their waste in the proper location (s).

Demonstrates safe work procedures at all the times.

Other duties as required.

Requirements

High School diploma

Basic Computer Skills

Ability to read basic measurements instruments

Working Conditions

Twelve (12) hour shifts

This role requires successful candidates to follow a rotating schedule of shifts

A rotation of one (1) month of day shifts, followed by...
