$37.20 per hour; 10 days of paid vacation; full‑time (30 hours per week); permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Operate a tandoor (clay oven)
• Cook breads, vegetarian and non‑vegetarian items in the tandoor
• Know exact cooking times for all items
• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Clean kitchen and work area as required
• Plan menus per client requirements and restaurant demand
• Determine food portions for all dishes
• Introduce new dishes
• Estimate food requirements and costs; monitor and order supplies
• Train kitchen staff
• Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine and special dishes
