Qualifications

• Professional with a bachelor's degree in education or related fields.
• Proficient in English at the C1 level.
• Minimum three years of experience in the role, preferably in secondary education.
• Knowledge and experience with the IB diploma program.
• Knowledge and management of ICFES results analysis and academic improvement strategies.
• Leadership capacity, teamwork, assertive communication, and strategic thinking.
