Role Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Ensure the employability and the match between the Group's needs and the skills resources available.
  • Develop and implement HR development actions: training, career processes, talent management, skills management, mobility.
Main Activities
  • Define, animate and guarantee career management and evaluation processes (individual interviews, career committees, performance management, career paths, succession plans, etc.)
  • Manage or participate in recognition campaigns (increases, promotions, bonuses, special measures)
  • Animate the career management of senior and high potential employees
  • In collaboration with HRBP, determine and deploy collective mobility or other actions resulting from reorganization projects
