Role Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure the employability and the match between the Group's needs and the skills resources available.
  • Develop and implement HR development actions: training, career processes, talent management, skills management, mobility.

Main Activities

  1. Define, animate and guarantee career management and evaluation processes (individual interviews, career committees, performance management, career paths, succession plans, etc.)
  2. Manage or participate in recognition campaigns (increases, promotions, bonuses, special measures)
  3. Animate the career management of senior and high potential employees
  4. In collaboration with HRBP, determine and deploy collective mobility or other actions resulting from reorganization projects
