About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Graduate Funding Operations, the Coordinator, Graduate & Post Doctoral Success supports graduate and postdoctoral success by coordinating equitable and inclusive scholarship initiatives, enhancing engagement programs, and strengthening award administration. The incumbent collaborates with university partners to identify and remove EDI barriers, develops new funding opportunities for underrepresented groups, and provides tailored support to students and postdoctoral scholars applying for internal and external awards. The Coordinator also oversees mentorship, leadership, and internship programs; coordinates professional development initiatives; and works closely with faculty to support individualized development planning.
