Role Description

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will work independently to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects by coordinating tasks, managing resources and work packages, and ensuring the on-time delivery of all required vendor-furnished information (VFI), materials, documents, and equipment. This role involves regular communication with suppliers, diligent follow-up on purchase orders (POs), and coordination of delivery schedules to ensure project timelines are met. You will support the Supply Chain Project Team in maintaining subcontract deliverables and addressing any potential delays that may arise during project execution.

More specifically, you will;

  • Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, resolve issues, and ensure that VFI, subcontracts, materials, and equipment are sourced as required for the project and schedule.
