Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Pharmaceutical Sector
Work Modality: 100% On-site, Monday to Friday
Profile Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Lawyer specialized in Commercial, Contract, or Corporate Law, preferably with additional studies in Public Law or Government Contracting. The ideal candidate will have experience as an in-house lawyer within the pharmaceutical industry or at a law firm.
Key Requirements
- 6 years of experience.
- Lawyer with a specialization in commercial, contractual, or corporate law.
- A specialization in public law or government contracting is desirable.
- In-house lawyer in pharmaceutical companies would be ideal.
- Lawyer with experience in law firms.
- Lawyer with experience in negotiating and drafting different types of commercial and civil contracts, including but not limited to sponsorship agreements, donations, service agreements with health...
