Mon-Fri Office Hours
- Assist in administrative tasks such, generating reports, managing required documentation, and arranging meetings.
- Assist in design: Creating, managing and distributing of collaterals such as posters, banners and patient education brochures.
- Assist in managing corporate gifts, including inventory control, sourcing and distribution.
- Uploading of information and assets onto digital platforms (internal and external).
- Assist with events and the necessary work required to plan, organise and run the events.
- Assist with prospecting for sponsorships and donations and managing fund-raising tasks.
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required (e.g. liaising and working with external vendors).
