Role Description
**KEY FUNCTIONS**:
- High acceptance of multiculturalism, willing to learn BOE corporate culture and able to help integrate, promote, train and refine corporate culture in Mexico, create an innovative atmosphere and promote work style.
- Internal promotion of corporate culture (reports but not limited to corporate culture briefings, bulletin boards, bathroom bulletin boards, wall publicity, corporate culture knowledge manuals, etc.
- Construction of corporate trade union organizations, docking with the group's superior organizations/local trade union organizations, and handling related demands of employees and trade unions.
- Complete the daily work of the trade union organization and the planning and implementation of annual project activities (such as employee seminars, large-scale team building activities, etc.).
- Communicate and exchange with various departments, coordinate and assist in communication and exchanges with grassroots employees, and ensure the ideologic...
