Corporate Development Analyst – Geotab Responsibilities
Analyze industry trends, Geotab's competitive strengths, and strategic opportunities to identify potential M&A and corporate strategic targets. Maintain and develop relationships with investment banks, boutique M&A advisory firms, and strategic corporate partners to facilitate deal flow. Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships for strategic fit, financial viability, and alignment with Geotab's growth objectives. Participate on deal execution teams, taking responsibility for assigned components of M&A and corporate strategic transactions as directed by the CCDO. Assist or lead corporate strategic transactions and interface with Geotab functions as required to successfully execute. Develop financial models, valuations, and analysis to inform transaction decision‑making and support due diligence processes.
