Corporate Paralegal

Role Description

The Alumus Corporate Paralegal role supports the Legal Department on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, transactional, governance, entity management, contract review, risk management, claims, litigation and other related matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to serve clinical, operational, business, corporate and executive teams, in fast-paced and heavily regulated healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

· Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher level degree.

· 5+ years of legal services experience in a law firm or in-house legal department in relevant area(s).

· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

· Significant healthcare and/or commercial contract review experience.

· Experience in United States healthcare regulatory frameworks.
