Cost Accountant

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to support cost control, financial analysis, and operational decision-making within a manufacturing environment.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate cost reporting, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting business units with data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
The position works cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teams to enhance cost transparency and strengthen financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard cost accounting activities, including cost calculation, cost roll-ups, and maintenance of cost structures in ERP systems
- Analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead) and identify root causes, providing actionable recommendations
