Responsibilities

• Identify inventions, draft, and prosecute patent applications; manage a global patent portfolio for radiopharmaceutical drug development.
• Review and approve scientific and clinical publications.
• Advise internal clients on intellectual property matters.
• Conduct strategic IP analysis and due diligence, including analysis of third‑party patent portfolios.
• Perform freedom‑to‑operate and patentability analyses.
• Align with external collaborators and strategic partners on global IP strategy.
• Provide transactional support for IP matters related to clinical trial agreements and licenses.
• Manage the use of outside legal counsel globally.

Preferred/Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of life sciences patenting experience (preferably pharmaceuticals), with a mix of law firm and in‑house experience preferred.
