Country Manager South America (Santiago)

Role Details

• Translates the Group Strategic business plans (including growth targets) into business development, sales and operational plans to meet the business objectives in the country.
• Drives growth of the country through expanding the sales network, and driving efficiencies.
• Holds responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet of the region. Responsible for ensuring regional compliance with company policies with regards AML, CTF, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and other such policies as directed by the Group Board. This will include conducting internal audits, liaising with external bodies and liaising with the Group Compliance experts.
• Ensures that the country's employees, branches and corporate documentation is consistent with the Group Corporate branding. Manages appropriate and targeted marketing campaigns for the region.
