COWS Ice Cream Assistant Manager

Overview

This person is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the ice‑cream store in the absence of the Manager. The ice‑cream assistant manager will be mainly ice‑cream focused, but will also oversee the operation of the retail store in the absence of the Manager and Retail Assistant Manager. This includes accountability for daily staffing and general administrative duties as well as providing leadership in the area of customer service.

• Greet and serve all customers
• Be competent in all phases of work done by scoopers, sales people, and supervisors
