Role Description
Lead a diverse group of participants as a dynamic Choir Instructor. Promote musical expression and foster a love for the arts within an inclusive and engaging community atmosphere.
In this part-time contract role, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating music education. Your responsibilities will span lesson preparation, collaboration with a piano accompanist, and contributing to the development of arts programming. Ensuring participant safety and fostering a welcoming environment is key to your impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Work alongside a piano accompanist for classes
• Advocate for health and safety in all activities
• Contribute to programming development and growth
• Collaborate effectively with other team members
Requirements:
• Associate Degree or diploma in related arts or education
• Previous experience in teaching or community work
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification
