Shape the future of young dancers as a Camp Counsellor in our engaging camp program. You will lead dance activities while ensuring a supportive and safe setting for all participants.
In this role, you'll actively engage with children, implementing dance activities that cater to various skill levels and ensuring inclusivity for campers with disabilities. Strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to camper safety are essential components of your daily responsibilities. Your passion for youth development and creativity will shine in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead daily dance activities
• Ensure inclusivity for all campers
• Monitor safety and security during camp
• Assist with camper integration and support
• Complete all necessary forms and reports on time
Requirements:
• At least 15 years old required
• Prior experience working with children is a must
• High Five PHCD Certification is advantageous
