Creator Engagement Growth Marketing Manager, Global Youtube Marketing

**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or related functions.
- 2 years of experience in consumer growth across marketing or product using insights to inform growth strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, etc.- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
- Experience with database management.
