Creators Associate, Mx Automated Marketing And Creators (Xico)

We are seeking a Creators Account Manager to spearhead our Invoicing Automation program and enhance the creator experience.

• 1+ years of program or project management experience
• Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas)
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Datazen, SSRS
• Experience in back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments

• Develop and execute business and marketing strategies for creator invoicing and payment workflows, including performance optimization and backlog management.
