Role Description
The Role:
We’re looking for our next Credit / Accounts Receivable Manager – Americas to lead end-to-end AR performance across the region. This role will drive cash flow, strengthen credit risk controls, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance to resolve payment issues and improve overall receivables performance.
This position is located in Queretaro Mexico .
What You’ll Do:
- Lead AR and collections strategy across the Americas to improve cash flow and reduce aging
- Drive performance against collection targets, including DSO reduction and overdue recovery
- Assess and manage customer credit risk , including credit limits and exposure monitoring aligned with IFRS-9
- Partner with Sales and Customer Care to resolve disputes and remove payment barriers
