As a Cruise Director and Floor Manager, you’ll coordinate events on two luxurious yachts, leading a team of up to 20 staff members. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service while managing pre- and post-cruise operations, adhering to hospitality standards, and transforming events into memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead event setup and ensure accurate floor plans
• Oversee staff including servers and kitchen personnel
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs for optimal execution
