Role Description
We are seeking a professional Cruise Director / Floor Manager for one of Toronto’s premier yachts. In this role, you will manage and oversee event staff while coordinating a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating events on two yachts and overseeing up to 20 staff members.
- Following professional hospitality standards for food, beverage, and service.
- Managing pre- and post-cruise procedures, including setup, floor plan management, cleanup, and closing duties.
- Liaising with guests in a courteous and professional manner to exceed expectations.
We are a full-service venue with a liquor license, hosting chartered events for up to 280 passengers, including food, beverage, décor, and entertainment. Cruises typically run 4–6 hours, and schedules may vary between 10–40 hours per week (not guaranteed). Pay is hourly plus gratuities, ...
