CSR/ Receptionist

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated CSR/Receptionist to join our team in Niagara Falls, ON. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The CSR/Receptionist will also assist with various office tasks to support the daily operations of our brokerage.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Proficiency in creating positive Customer Experiences
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in insurance or related industries is an asset
