Cultivation technician - Pharmaflorx inc. (Gatineau)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand, operate, and optimize cultivation processes in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices.
• Perform and oversee regular maintenance of cultivation rooms, including sanitation and workspace organization.
• Assist in setting up grow rooms before planting, including preparing growth media, soaking cubes, and transplanting clones.
• Monitor and maintain clones and young plants to optimize their development.
• Observe, maintain, and adjust plant growth parameters during the flowering stage to ensure optimal yields.
• Ensure that all cultivation spaces remain clean, safe, and well-organized throughout the production cycle.
• Participate actively in all harvest-related tasks, including trimming, drying, and packaging.
• Perform any other tasks related to production and cultivation maintenance as assigned by management.
