Cultural Safety, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor (1 year term)

The Cultural Safety, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor (The Advisor) leads, develops and coordinates initiatives that improve and promote cultural safety, diversity, equity and inclusion at WSCC, in all Northern workplaces under our jurisdiction and in the programs and services provided by the WSCC to our stakeholders.

• WSCC delivers programs and services that are culturally safe, relevant and representative, and acknowledges the history, culture, values, knowledge and ways of being of the Indigenous people of the Northwest Territories (NT) and Nunavut (NU).
