Culture Manager (Montreal)

The Culture Manager is responsible for the implementation and evolution of initiatives that support organizational culture and the day‑to‑day employee experience. Reporting to the Director Culture & Studio Experience, this role plays a key part in translating the company’s DNA into tangible, consistent, and engaging experiences across all studios, with a primary focus on the Montreal studio. The incumbent ensures the quality, relevance, and consistency of cultural initiatives, events, and recognition programs while delivering with rigor and alignment to organizational priorities.

This position is based in Montreal. The incumbent must be able to work from the Montreal studio 4 days per week to support local employee‑experience studio events and culture‑related initiatives.
