YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD Invites applications for the position of: CUPE 2331 Permanent Lunchtime Supervisor Schedule E - $24.08 10 Months Start Date: Immediately Hours Per Week: 5 (1 hour per day - Monday to Friday) Location: St. Mary, Nobleton Position Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the School Principal, the Lunchtime Supervisor will monitor the students during the lunch break while promoting a safe, caring, positive and friendly environment. Major Responsibilities: Supervise students indoors and outdoors and be aware of their whereabouts. Communicate any concerns to the School Principal. Monitor student behavior and promote positive interactions, encouraging respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Report incidents of misconduct to the Principal or designate. Encourage and support appropriate play, both indoors and outdoors. Be aware of any students attempting to leave the school premises or approaching areas that are out of bounds.
