This posting reflects an existing vacancy that we are actively recruiting for. The KM Customer Care Representative provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, resolving issues by maximizing first‑call resolution or issuing trouble tickets to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming customer calls and emails in a polite and professional manner
  • Provide accurate, timely written responses to all customer emails within SLA guidelines
  • Review and examine customer accounts to facilitate issue resolution
  • Identify and analyze the root cause of problems and provide appropriate solutions
  • Issue trouble tickets to the appropriate administrative team for resolution when necessary
