Job Duties
- Travel Agency Support
- Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
- Eticket Database Maintenance: daily maintenance of our eticket database, processing open coupons, processing exception etickets, daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue
- GDS reject Queue Maintenance: daily on‑time processing of the GDS reject queue
