Job Duties

  • Travel Agency Support
    • Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
    • Eticket Database Maintenance: daily maintenance of our eticket database, processing open coupons, processing exception etickets, daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue
    • GDS reject Queue Maintenance: daily on‑time processing of the GDS reject queue
    • Tier 2 Ticketing Support: assisting PAL Airline station CSR's with reservation and ticketing support of GDS, Interline and Codeshare book...
