We are recruiting a Customer Care Billing Specialist in Guadalajara who will work with internal and external customers to perform billing and AR-related functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review invoices and create credit memos to customer accounts
  • Assist customers with billing questions and resolve billing issues
  • Issue credits for service/product removals and cancellation
  • Research and respond to customer credit card disputes
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions
  • Answer inbound phone calls and instant messages
  • Support Nextiva's ticketing system
  • Provide back-up customer support for other positions as needed
