Customer Care & Transactions Support Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our friendly team in Mexico, Estado de México. In this role, you will provide information to our customers about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.

The ideal candidate has completed high school or college, possesses at least one year's experience in customer service, and has good knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer.
