Your day-to-day with us

• Prepare customer files and ensure everything is ready for delivery
• Confirming appointments and ensuring impeccable follow-up
• Delivering vehicles (new and used) and explaining all features and technologies
• Introducing the after-sales service department and scheduling the first service appointment
• Following up on financial products and accessories
• Answering customer questions and ensuring they leave 100% satisfied
• Handle vehicle registration with the SAAQ and collect final fees
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after delivery
