Role Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis

Collect and analyze customer data from multiple sources, including surveys, social media, and customer support interactions.

Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, preferences, and feedback.

Maintain and manage customer feedback channels such as surveys and focus groups.

Undertake Customer Satisfaction Surveys for first-time customers through routine field visits and phone calls.


Research and Reporting

Conduct in-depth research on customer behavior and market trends.

Prepare and present detailed reports on customer insights to management.

Develop key metrics and dashboards to track customer satisfaction, churn, and retention.

Customer Feedback Integration

Work with account managers, operations, sales, and other departments to integrate customer feedback into product development.
