Role Description

As a Customer Master Administrator LATAM is responsible for administration and maintenance of external customer master data and the execution of data governance policies and procedures in Salesforce and SAP systems.
- Creation and Modification of Customer and Professional Accounts in Salesforce
- Creation and Modification of Commercial Accounts in Salesforce & SAP
- Assignment and Deallocation of Territories for commercial Sales Force for all types of accounts in Salesforce
- Affiliation and Disenrollment for Customer and Professional accounts in Salesforce
- Subordination and de-subordination of Customer and Comercial Accounts in Salesforce
- Dissemination of Salesforce LATAM Metrics reports to Commercial Team
- Creation and modification of commercial accounts for employee sales
- Assurance of data quality maintained
- Proactive participation on local and regional projects regarding Customer Master
