Drive associate development as the Customer Relations Training Lead with Honda Canada in Markham, Ontario. This hybrid role involves creating, delivering, and refining training programs.
As a Training Lead, you'll focus on onboarding new hires while providing ongoing skills training for existing associates. This full-time role requires expertise in both soft skills, like customer de-escalation, and hard skills related to new software. Your leadership will help new team members reach productivity levels for successful integration into their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training materials for onboarding and process updates
• Conduct training and nesting for new associates
• Provide ongoing skills development training as required
• Support Tier 2 and 3 case management queues
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field; teaching certificate preferred
