The CSR Senior will be responsible for developing, managing, and providing support services to the sales force and internal support of the organization, including creating and confirming orders in the system, opening, and implementing accounts, direct customer contact, order reconciliation & escalations, warehouse support and invoicing process assistance.This position full- time will report to the Head of Commercial Management NAM.The CSR Senior will travel both domestically and internationally with about 15% travel time.
