What you'll be doing
Handling incoming calls and emails and providing a great customer experienceProviding motor and home insurance quotations and converting quotes into new businessProcessing policy changes, updates and general insurance transactionsSupporting renewals and helping retain existing customersSpotting opportunities to cross-sell additional products and introduce customers to a Financial Adviser when relevantKeeping customer records up to date on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)Supporting proactive outbound activity to generate new opportunities What we're looking for
Experience in motor and home insurance (commercial exposure is a bonus, but not essential)Confident, friendly communication skills (phone, email and face-to-face)A genuine can-do attitude and pride in delivering excellent serviceOrganised, reliable...
