Role Description
Location: Medellín – Presential.

About The Role
Join our dynamic team at ATAIN, where we are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English B2+) to support major brands in the Hospitality and Tourism industry – including travel agencies, hotels, and airlines.
You will handle inbound calls from customers who are already interested in our services, providing them with professional assistance, answering their questions, and guiding them through bookings and reservations.
