• Inbound and outbound call management
• Greet customers warmly and assist as needed
• Evaluate rental conditions upon return
• Process transactions and manage billing tasks
• Market Enterprise services effectively
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher required
• At least 1 year customer service experience
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license
• No serious driving violations
