Qualifications
- Answering and/or directing phone calls
- Meet and greet all visitors to the office
- Check in patients, ensure completion of paperwork and update patient details
- General administrative tasks such as sending emails, scanning and scheduling
- Contact claimants regarding upcoming appointments
- Organise patient imaging
- Manage the day to day presentation and preparation of consulting rooms
- Administration support to Medical Specialist and Client Services Team
Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- An aptitude for systems
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well to deadlines
