Customer Service Representative / Data Analyst
As a Customer Service Representative / Data Analyst , you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer inquiries while also collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key data metrics. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both people-focused and data-driven—comfortable solving customer issues while uncovering insights to support business decisions.
Customer Service (50%)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and escape to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product or service guidance.
