Role Description

Overview

Customer Service Representative – FIFA – Barranquilla, Cra . Salary: $3,000,000 COP + transport allowance. Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 40 hours per week with night-time inclusion. 2 days off per week (working 5 days, resting 2 days).

Responsibilities

  • Act as Customer Service Agent for FIFA, providing comprehensive support to national and international ticket buyers.
  • Handle inquiries through email, webform, and other channels.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Use FIFA knowledge base and official processes.
  • Support group ticket sales.
  • Provide specialized assistance to users with reduced mobility.
  • Review and translate texts.
  • Test systems (CRM and ticket portals).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Advanced English (B2+) – mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 months experience in Call Center or BPO, bilingual.
