Role Description
Overview
Customer Service Representative – FIFA – Barranquilla, Cra . Salary: $3,000,000 COP + transport allowance. Working hours: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 40 hours per week with night-time inclusion. 2 days off per week (working 5 days, resting 2 days).
Responsibilities
- Act as Customer Service Agent for FIFA, providing comprehensive support to national and international ticket buyers.
- Handle inquiries through email, webform, and other channels.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Use FIFA knowledge base and official processes.
- Support group ticket sales.
- Provide specialized assistance to users with reduced mobility.
- Review and translate texts.
- Test systems (CRM and ticket portals).
Requirements and Qualifications
- Advanced English (B2+) – mandatory.
- Minimum 8 months experience in Call Center or BPO, bilingual.
