The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives available to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. We are looking for great people who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience that keeps our customers coming back.
About the Role
This is an on‑site role. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will serve customers using the cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Ask for donations for partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign).
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys.
- Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face‑up products.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles).
