Primary Location: Irapuato, GUA, MX

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team for a temporary period. This role reports to the Manager, Customer Service. Responsibilities include evaluating customer inquiries, coordinating quotations, supporting outside sales, entering sales orders, and managing order backlog until completion.

• Make an Impact: Provide exceptional service to end-users and sales managers by handling purchase orders, pricing requests, and technical queries with expertise and efficiency.
