Our client in the flexible packaging industry is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Richmond, BC.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between Sales and internal and external customers. While working together with the Account Managers and the manufacturing team, the CSR ensures that all orders are booked, produced, and delivered to the customers' expectations every time.
