Role Description
As a **Customer Service Sales Specialist,** you willdrive and grow our service business across Finland. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role combining technical credibility with commercial ownership.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, biomedical departments, and our sales and service teams to develop long‑term service partnerships across Imaging, IGT and Ultrasound solutions.
**Your role:**
+ Lead the Service sales cycles end‑to‑end, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver compelling value propositions, whilst securing renewals and win‑backs
+ Acts as a partner with customers (incl. clinical- and biomedical- departments) translating business and clinical needs into differentiated, value‑based, service solutions.
+ Participate in and conduct customer service review meetings
