Role Overview
Ensure the timely delivery of the product to customers, obtaining their satisfaction and achieving organizational objectives: OTD, DQ, LV.
Essential Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Review firm orders in JDE by customer for timely shipment.
- Review JDE errors and their correction so that firm orders that arrive via EDI are reflected correctly.
- Generate file of IMI network customer orders in the original format, for preparation and shipment.
- Generate JDE reports per customer by part number and due date.
- Support in the follow-up of the shipment of ASNs to customers.
- Coordinate with production planning the manufacture of products for shipment on time.
- Implement improvements to current processes to make flow more efficient.
- Provide support to the different areas of the organization in activities that ensure customer satisfaction.
