Role Description
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders for goods stored in the warehouse
- Coordinate with warehouse operations team for picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status and issues
- Ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve discrepancies (shortage, damage, delays)
- Coordinate and ensure all delivery activities are completed within schedule
- Prepare and process import/export permit declarations
- Ensure timely and accurate billing with all required supporting documentation
- Update and maintain data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
