Role Description
Lead the way in customer solutions as a Customer Solutions Architect focused on SAP. This hybrid position promotes collaboration and technical guidance, requiring three days of in-office work weekly.
As part of the Product Success team, you'll define and implement AI-first customer-centered processes. Your responsibilities will include designing architectures for SAP CX solutions, conducting evaluations for modernization, and creating vital architectural documentation. You'll also be a key player in managing customer issues and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
